Our Founder
Kristie Huthnance has been leading international financial services firms through their legal, compliance, operational risk management, financial crime, and governance obligations for over 20 years.
She has collaborated with board directors, CEOs & COOs, warehouse managers, property developers, traders, call centres, lawyers, marketing, IT, finance, and everything in between.
Admitted as a solicitor in NSW, she leverages her skills and experience to guide organisations through the governance of ESG, while embedding risk management and compliance frameworks to meet strategic business goals.
